Banana Brulee
PREP TIME 2 minutes
COOK TIME 2-4 minutes
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
2 tbsp demerara sugar
METHOD
Step 1
Slice the banana lengthwise down the middle. Sprinkle sugar over the top of each banana. Use a blowtorch to caramelise the sugar or alternatively, place sugar side down in a non-stick pan over medium to high heat, cook until golden brown.
