Pesto Bruschetta

INGREDIENTS
2 slices of sourdough, toasted
2 tsp Barilla sun-dried tomato pesto
½ cup mixed grains, pre-cooked
4-6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
Pinch of Tasman sea salt
1 tbsp manchego, grated
4 fresh basil leaves
METHOD
Step 1
Spread pesto over each slice of sourdough. Top pesto with mixed grains, cherry tomatoes, onion, salt, sprinkle of manchego and garnish with basil.
