Crumbed Boarfish
PREP TIME 10 minutes
COOK TIME 15 minutes
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
750ml canola oil
2 packets Old El Paso crispy chicken spice mix
3 eggs, whisked
500g boarfish, cut in strips
METHOD
Step 1
In a medium pot add canola oil and bring to a high heat.
Step 2
In two separate bowls add spice mix to one and eggs to another. Coat each piece of boarfish in the egg wash and then into the spice mix.
Step 3
Place fish in the oil and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
